Hi there, I’m Megan! For years, I wrestled with feeling like my body wasn’t enough. I hopped from one diet trend to the next, thinking that shrinking myself would unlock happiness. Instead, it left me feeling disconnected, exhausted and defeated.
But everything changed when I asked myself: "What if my body isn’t the problem? What if the real issue is a culture that teaches us to measure our worth through restriction and unrealistic beauty standards?"
That realization set me on a transformative path.
I’ve always been fascinated by human behaviour, which led me to earn a degree in psychology and sociology. Later in life, when I needed it most, I discovered body positivity and anti-diet culture. These movements helped me find peace with my body and inspired me to become an advocate for inclusive wellness. Sharing the life-changing insights of these movements has become one of my greatest passions.
I became a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to support others on their journeys. Today, I help individuals break free from toxic diet culture, build sustainable, healthy habits, and nurture a loving relationship with their bodies. My coaching approach is rooted in the belief that health isn’t about perfection or numbers—it’s about feeling strong, balanced, and at peace in your body.
I founded Esprit Holistic to offer a space where wellness is explored from a holistic perspective. Here, every journey is honored, and I provide the tools and support to help you find your unique path to well-being.
